Herbal medicine is ancient, powerful and safe when administered under a licensed professional. Please provide a complete list of all supplements and medications consumed on a weekly and daily basis as well as any food allergies known. Herbs are capable of doing what acu-therapy does and make the treatments more effective and longer lasting.

Only the most pure, quality and trusted herbal brands are offered. All herbs are 3rd party tested, however, please share all food allergies with Aubrey before taking. Sometimes additional supplementation will be recommended such vitamins and minerals and these are also for sale at Sheppard Spine Clinic or can be purchased privately. Herbal prescriptions are suggested in the initial intake session and recommended based on each clients needs. Dependent upon the formula and treatment plan, existing clients can re-order herbs without an appointment on a case by case basis. To begin an herbal treatment plan, please schedule an appointment.

Most herbal supplements hover around $25/ container but prices will be adjusted if necessary as some are slightly more or less expensive.
